Terms & Conditions

  • In case schedule is forcefully changed due to some calamity/ disaster or a potentially life threatening situation in which either the Client or the Trainer finds themselves, the rescheduling will be done with mutual consent and keeping in view the availability of the Trainer.
  • Please note that a wait might be necessary as some of the courses are one to one and the Trainer herself is usually engaged with more than one Client at a time.
  • Please note that there are always a limited number of spots in the Master Program and Participants are confirmed only after the dues are paid.
  • Please note that if you are still in the process of Registering and another Candidate wishes to enroll and pays then your proposed schedule will be changed immediately to accommodate the other paid Client.
  • Required information on any Course or multiple Courses can be requested via email and will be provided within 48 hours. Further clarity can be sought by requesting a scheduled phone call with the Trainer. Consequently if you are interested in a meeting to explore the training a token Registration Fee will required to be paid which will be adjusted in your Course Fee. This is to ensure that the valuable time of either the Client or the Trainer is not wasted. This fee is nonrefundable.
  • All the courses demand a different Venue so please know that you will be required to arrange to be at the location specified.
  • Fees need to be paid at least 15 days in advance of the course and are nonrefundable. In case you are unable to join the course for some reason you will have to inform the Team at least 5 days before the starting date of the course and 90% of your fees will be returned with 10% retained and written off as nonrefundable.
  • In case you would like to have the session rescheduled after it has been scheduled you will have to pay an additional 5% as damages over and above the amount paid.
  • All payment will be made in Pak Rupees only and strictly in Cash. A receiving of the amount will be issued to confirm your transaction. Please note that there is no credit facility and all course prices are nonnegotiable.
  • If you find the course to be unsatisfactory and you would like to withdraw you will have to inform the Trainer and her team no later than three days into the course upon which 90% of your payment will be returned within a period of 60 days. However once the three days deadline is past there will be no refunds. If you have any concerns you can make an appointment with the Trainer and voice your concerns.
